Additional Flexible Space
Right off the Dining Room is a flexible space currently used as the Laundry Room and Mud Room. This room is 11 x 21 and can serve a multitude of purposes as it connects to the guest bathroom and has a large closet and windows. This room also connects the garage to the house and has doors to going out to both the front and back of the home.

Need more room? Well you got it! There are two unfinished spaces flanking the loft. Above the Master Bedroom is a windowed 5′8″ x 12 x 15 space. On the other side, above the guest bedroom is a windowed 5′8″ x 12 x 19 space
Storage above (8 x 14 x 30), and in the back of (8 x 14 X 30), the Garage too!
